Refund policy
Returns and exchanges can be made up to 30 days after delivery, and can be shipped to the following address:

Please place a note in with your items stating that it is a return for a refund minus shipping costs, or an exchange and what items/sizes you are exchanging for.
Personalized jerseys and pre-order items are not applicable for returns or exchanges.
Free exchange labels can be provided for exchanges only (Please contact shop@hersheypa.com for a label). All items for return and refund require labels to be purchased by the customer. Items mailed back as an exchange will not be eligible for refunds if an exchange label was provided- exchanges only will be honored.
